Born and raised in Aroostook County, Claude developed a strong work ethic at a young age which has served him well in his profession. Claude lives by a simple philosophy in making sure that "If you tell someone you are going to do something, then you had better do it."
Claude has worked in the field of Complex Rehab Equipment for 35+ years, first as a service tech with a small rehab company, then onto co-owner and V.P. of Black Bear Medical in Bangor, ME until it was sold in 2015.
In 2016, the idea of a rehab equipment company that could offer more was born. Although CARE stands for Certified Accessibility & Rehabilitation Equipment, Claude believes in and strives to incorporate the actual meaning of the word “care” into his business model.
Claude holds certifications in Assistive Technology Provider, Certified Rehab Technology Supplier, and Certified Environmental Access Consultant with a specialty in Pediatric Equipment.

ATP, RTS, PTA
Jeremy Paules has been practicing as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Massage Therapist for nine years in the skilled nursing and long-term care setting. In May 2018, Jeremy joined CARE Services as a technician with the goal of becoming ATP Certified--a goal he achieved in only six months!
Jeremy graduated in 2009 with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from Kennebec Valley Community College in Fairfield, Maine. He has also received his certification in Massage Therapy from Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine. Jeremy is excited to continue helping clients achieve their goals through CARE Services.
Jeremy grew up in Topsham, Maine so his father could retire from the Navy. He resides in Waterville with his wife, who is an occupational therapist, two children Micheal and Mia, and his 12 year old Shih Tzu dog, Izzabelle. Jeremy enjoys working on his golf game and also trying different recipes with his electric smoker at home.
Customer Care Consultant
Sherry has been in the healthcare field for over 30 years. Sherry is the purchasing and retail agent at CARE Services and is excited about her role as a Customer Care Consultant. She puts her varied nursing skills to work for current and future CARE clients as the company develops its mastectomy and compression product lines.
Sherry is a native of Northern Maine. She raised her family in Old Town and recently moved to Palmyra. She enjoys reading, hiking, swimming, snowshoeing and shoveling.
DME Billing Specialist
Rebecca Brownell has worked in the durable medical equipment (DME) industry since 1990. She first started as a receptionist with a respiratory DME company and moved into the billing aspect of the business. Rebecca worked for a complex rehab company for 18 years before accepting a position with CARE Services. She has extensive knowledge and experience with most insurance companies and coverage criteria for complex rehab equipment.
Rehab Service Technician
John has been in the healthcare field for over 20 years. He enjoys working with people and making sure that their equipment is right for them.
In addition to performing repairs on equipment, he also does ramp installations and tub cut-outs as part of CARE's accessibility team.
He is a former military man and an avid golfer.
